The law library is inviting a Mississippi or Louisiana law librarian needing employment due to Katrina to fill a temporary/visiting reference librarian position for the remainder of the fall semester with the option to extend through the spring semester if the librarian so needs.

Requirements include a Masters in Library Science and a law degree or significant law library experience.

Cornell Offer-ILL and relocation

Cornell Law Library invites law librarians from areas affected by Hurricane Katrina who wish to relocate to Ithaca, New York, for as long as is needed. We can provide office space, access to resources, etc. Also, Cornell Law Library can provide ILL/document delivery at no charge to law libraries in the affected areas that need legal materials.
