The University of Virginia Law Library is offering temporary office space for law librarians in Louisiana and Mississippi who are relocating due to Katrina. All library resources will be available to you, and we will assist you in finding housing.

St. Louis-ILL and Offer

Thompson Coburn LLP Library in St. Louis offers interlibrary loan and reference services to Katrina affected attorneys, judges and librarians.  Library collection includes admiralty materials.  We can also offer workspace for an individual librarian.  If anyone affected is coming to the St. Louis area,  I can also offer housing for one librarian and a small dog.

Housing Offer-San Francisco

I'd like to offer housing and other assistance for one or two law library employees from the Gulf Coast who need temporary housing and would be willing to come to SF Bay area.   I can provide air fare to get here, help with clothing, food, etc.   I have a private room and bath available with easy access to BART.  Phone 925-709-1591 if you are in need or know of someone who is.
